Welcome to Stork Parenting. Our goal is to provide entertaining and informative content in all aspects of conception, pregnancy and parenthood. We battled through infertility, dealt with the ups and downs of pregnancy and we're now navigating the exciting journey of parenthood. We established Stork Parenting to share resources and ideas with a community of parents (and would-be parents) and also to learn a few things ourselves.

We hope you will stick around and join our community. While you're here you can read interviews with authors and experts, learn about journeys with infertility from couples around the country, find helpful tools, follow the blog, and share your own stories and advice with other couples.

Thanks for joining us at Stork Parenting!

About the Authors

Chris and Michelle Miller met at a dorm room at the University of Texas in the summer of 1991. After a long, long, long courtship, they were married in 2002 and decided they were ready to expand their family in 2005. But as it usually does, life threw a curveball and neither of them won the bet of how long it would take them to get pregnant (Chris bet on 2 months, Michelle guessed 8). A year later, officially branded “fertility challenged,” they experienced nearly every trial and tribulation on the road to pregnancy.

With day jobs in high tech to pay the bills, they began writing on the side - Chris focused on screenplays and Michelle writing children’s books. In 2009, they began writing their story to share with the millions of couples who struggle with infertility. Where Have All the Storks Gone? was published on September 2, 2014.

Chris and Michelle both graduated from the University of Texas with degrees in Business Administration and live in Austin, Texas with their three children, Sydney, Sabrina and Luke.
